GiddyUpGo Terms of Service

1. The service

GiddyUpGo is a scheduling and barn-management application used by horseback riding barns and their clients. Your account is created through your barn; your use of the app is also governed by your barn's own policies. By using GiddyUpGo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Text (SMS) notification program

If you opt in by providing your mobile number and consenting to text notifications, GiddyUpGo sends scheduling notifications by text message: lesson booking confirmations, cancellation notices, waitlist updates, and schedule changes.

  • Message frequency varies with your barn activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or contact us using the address below. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using GiddyUpGo.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your profile information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts for minor riders are managed by a parent or guardian together with the barn.

4. Acceptable use

Use GiddyUpGo only to manage legitimate barn activity. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other barns or members, interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Scheduling and billing records

Lessons, cancellations, and related records in GiddyUpGo reflect your barn's scheduling policies (for example, cancellation windows). Billing arrangements are between you and your barn; GiddyUpGo records scheduling outcomes but does not process payments.

6. Disclaimers

GiddyUpGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiddyUpGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or delayed notifications — please confirm your schedule in the app.
